Early Life Challenges (1986 – 2005): Overcoming intense childhood trauma, battling suicidal depression, low self-worth, paralysing fear, and self-harm ignited my determination to break free from despair and discover lasting change.
Embracing Strength (2006 – 2017): Martial arts became my sanctuary. Through training and competing, I built physical strength and deep confidence—qualities I now bring into every therapy session.
